1. Who we are

keeplifeorg.com ("the site", "we", "us") is operated by Keep Life Organized. We publish practical digital workbooks, printables and free guides. You can reach us through our contact form. By using the site or buying from it, you agree to these terms.

2. Buying from us

Our order process is conducted by our online reseller Paddle.com. Paddle.com is the Merchant of Record for all our orders: Paddle processes your payment, calculates and collects any sales tax or VAT, issues your receipt and handles refunds. When you buy, you also agree to Paddle's buyer terms. Prices are shown in US dollars; any applicable tax is added at checkout. Your card statement will show a charge from Paddle.

3. What you get

Our products are digital files, usually PDFs, delivered as a download straight after payment and by email. Nothing physical is shipped. If a download fails or a file is damaged, email us and we'll send it again.

4. How you may use it

When you buy, you get a personal, non-transferable license to use the product for yourself. You may:

You may not resell, share, upload, distribute or give away the files or printed copies, in whole or in part, or use them as part of a paid service, course or group program, without our written permission. If someone else would benefit, please point them to the site.

5. Not professional advice

Our workbooks, free guides, quizzes, articles and everything else on this site are practical planning and reflection tools. They are not medical, psychological, financial, legal or other professional advice, they cannot diagnose any condition, and they are not a substitute for help from a qualified professional. Any scores are our own prompts, not a validated scale. If you are struggling with your health, please talk to a doctor. If you are in crisis in the US, call or text 988; elsewhere, contact your local emergency number.

6. Refunds

You can have a full refund within 14 days of buying, for any reason. See the refund policy.

7. Free resources and email

If you sign up for a free guide, we'll email it to you and send occasional emails about that topic and our products. Every email has an unsubscribe link. How we handle your details is set out in the privacy policy.

8. Our content

All text, design, worksheets and page layouts on the site and in our products belong to us or are used under license, and are protected by copyright. Photographs are used under the Unsplash license.

9. Liability

We work hard to make our products accurate and useful, but we provide it as it is, and you are responsible for the decisions you make with it. To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for indirect or consequential loss, and our total liability to you for any purchase is limited to the amount you paid for it. Nothing in these terms limits any liability that cannot legally be limited, or any rights you have as a consumer where you live.

10. Changes

We may update these terms from time to time. The version on this page, with its date, is the one that applies. Changes don't affect purchases you have already made.

11. Your consumer rights

If you are a consumer, nothing in these terms takes away the protection of the mandatory consumer laws of the country where you live.

12. Contact
